2025-26 Registration Information
Priority enrollment for the 2025-26 school year runs from Monday, January 13, 2025 through Friday, February 14, 2025. Once the enrollment period has ended, families will be notified in early March of acceptance. Current school and preschool families will have an early enrollment period that opens November 4th, 2024.
*For the 2025-2026 school year, all Kindergarten applicants must be five years old on or before August 1st.*
Applicants who turn five between August 2nd and December 31st shall be considered underage candidates for kindergarten. Parents may request an early entrance screening with their local public school district for underage candidates. These results will need to be submitted to St. Susanna Parish School for consideration. The final decision on accepting an underage candidate is at the discretion of administration. If the student is accepted, the underage candidate will begin on a trial basis.
Our priority enrollment period for the 2024-2025 school year is currently closed. Enrollment for the current school year is still available based on class openings. Enrollment Frequently Asked Questions
While we do not have Preschool at our school, St. Susanna Parish does offer a Preschool program for ages 2-5. Many of these students do end up enrolling at our school for kindergarten and beyond. Learn more about their preschool program here.
All Kindergarten applicants must be five years old on or before August 1st. Please contact us if you have any specific questions regarding this.
You do not need to be Catholic to attend our school. We welcome students of all faiths and backgrounds. We currently have 10% of students that practice outside of the Catholic faith.
St. Susanna Parish School offers a variety of resources/services and we do accommodate students with IEPs. Our school psychologist will work on reviewing IEPs and working with our intervention team to ensure your child can be supported here. Please understand that the registration process may take longer for a child with an IEP due to the review process.
From a staffing perspective, we currently have an auxiliary team of two intervention specialists, one school psychologist, one speech/language pathologist and two reading support educators.
While we do not offer before school care, we do offer after school care from Champions onsite until 6:00pm. You can learn more by visiting their website.
We currently offer transportation from four school districts- Lakota, Mason, Little Miami and Kings. If interested in setting up bussing for your student, please contact your public school transportation department directly.

Our class size average is currently at 23 students. We offer three classes of each grade level. Maximum class sizes are:
- Kindergarten: 25 students/class (includes full-time aide in each class)
- First Grade: 26 students/class
- Second Grade: 26 students/class
- Third Grade: 28 students/class
- Fourth Grade: 28 students/class
- Fifth Grade: 28 students/class
- Sixth Grade: 28 students/class
- Seventh Grade: 28 students/class
- Eighth Grade: 28 students/class
Enrollment will be granted based on our admissions policy.
Our enrollment period opens in January each year for new families. For the 2025-26 school year, registration runs from Monday, January 13th through Friday, February 16th. Once registration closes, we will notify you of acceptance in early March.
If there is availability in the grade, we do accommodate mid-year enrollment. Prior to acceptance, we may reach out to current schools to obtain teacher recommendations to ensure we can be successful in your child’s transition. We also conduct meetings with both the parents and child to meet with faculty and administration prior to enrollment.
